Welcome to the Homepage of the Almaden Winery Neighborhood Association

We are... a volunteer group for the 368 homes in South San Jose/CA that make up Vintage (151), Tresor (160) and Vineland (57) helping to make our community a better place to live. No one receives any monetary compensation for the time, talent or energy contributed to the community.

We are not... a Home-owners Association, nor are we affiliated with the Tresor Homeowner's Association and we do not have mandated dues or member-ship fees!

You are... a member if you live in our neighborhood. If you have not attended one of our meetings, you may be considered "inactive". Why don't you become involved? If you never come to a meeting, how do we know what's on your mind?
