Mulching Days In Almaden Winery Park - This Weekend!

The AWNA has coordinated with the City of San Jose free mulch for the planter beds and parking strips along our park. Volunteers from the neighborhood are needed to help lay the mulch.

We will be mulching on Saturday (Aug 10) from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. and on Sunday (Aug 11) from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.

If you can help, please contact Nancy Sakal at 266-8797. Nancy, as you may know, devotes numerous hours each month to the beautification and care of our park and can certainly use your help. If you have a wheelbarrow, shovels, pitchforks and gloves, bring them!

Water will be provided; and face masks for those of you who are allergic.
